Description We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working food and beverage team at the Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by having an enthusiastic staff to ensure event guests are well taken care of! - Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. - Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware including polishing silver and wiping down spotted glasses. - Assist with rolling silver into napkins for service presentation on tables - Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room. - Supply service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts. - Service ice water and butter to guests. - Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers. - Run errands or deliver food orders to offices. - Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws - Maintain equipment in good condition - Report on any shortages, damages or security issues - Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Requirements:...
