Position Overview 1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Operations to serve as the site leader for our Obetz and Groveport facilities in Ohio. This leader will have full operational accountability for both sites, overseeing fulfillment, distribution, assembly, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experience and on-time delivery across our brands. The Senior Director of Operations will drive operational excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced, seasonal environment while building a strong performance culture focused on safety, quality, service, and cost.
