Description Housing Coordinator: About this exciting new position: Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) is seeking a dedicated specialist on housing to join our community support teams. In this role, you will be a champion for individuals facing life-impacting mental health challenges, providing the focus and facilitation they need to find and sustain a place to call home. What You’ll Do: - Advocate for Housing: Help clients navigate applications, paperwork, and resource access. - Build Partnerships: Collaborate with housing providers, community partners, and funding representatives. - Manage Information: Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of housing resources. - Support Stability: Work closely with support teams to ensure housing is safe and sustainable.
