Description Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist position works closely with corporate leadership, regional directors, and on-site team managers to implement marketing action plans that focus on driving traffic, renewing residents, and improving the overall customer experience. They will do this through coaching, training and monitoring of marketing initiatives and leasing performance. The Marketing Specialist will support properties in the portfolio while also assisting with corporate level initiatives. Corporate initiatives include, but are not limited to, the management of the Crown Residential social media account, content capture, reporting, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with an eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
