About the Role: Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Chief Credit Officer to join the team in our Credit Administration department. As a Chief Credit Officer, you will deliver a World Class Experience by providing support, direction, and credit information for loan policies, underwriting guidelines, and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the Bank's lending portfolio. Duties include calculating the Allowance for credit Loss Reserve (ALLL) and making recommendations to Executive Management and the Board of Directors for monthly allocations to the allowance for credit loss.
