About the Role Code 9 Security is recruiting highly competent and professional Event Security Officers to support a wide variety of events. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of guests while delivering a world-class customer experience in every interaction. You will bring excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for customer care. As an Event Security Officer, you will be a key member of our frontline team, reporting to an Operations Manager and any supervisors or team leaders they appoint. Typical duties include: welcoming guests to and from the venue, controlling access points, conducting searches in accordance with venue policies, patrolling event spaces, responding to fire or first aid emergencies, and liaising closely with event organisers. You will inspire confidence, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain the ability to remain calm, proportionate, and decisive, even under pressure.
