Job description
Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for project and production support of the organization’s applications. As the primary point of contact, this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the applications supported. This role involves critical thinking to resolve escalated issues that arise, investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business partners and vendors, and being the technical lead for organization initiatives. Business Partnership & Collaboration: - Understands business processes and technology to guide strategic and tactical decisions for the portfolio. - Maintains technology roadmaps and communicates changes to stakeholders. - Collaborates with business and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities. - Presents solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Manages work requests and builds stakeholder relationships.
