Description HR Generalist: Full-time Pasco, WA • Human Resources: Description: The Human Resources Generalist administers HR programs, procedures, and plans used in carrying out Human Resources policies. Provides guidance to executives, managers, supervisors, and employees on various Human Resources issues. Areas of expertise may include one or more of the following HR modalities: Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Leave Administration. Schedule: Generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexible options Location: Pasco, WA: FLSA: Non-exempt: Hourly rate: $35.28 - $51.20: Requirements: Minimum Education and Work Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and three years of HR experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job. Preferred Work Experience -: Experience in a union environment preferred. Licenses/Certifications -: SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
