About the Role Wangara Subaru are looking for a highly motivated Inventory Clerk with exceptional organisational skills to join our administration team. This full-time role supports key dealership functions including inventory management, debtors and creditors, and basic accounting activities. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will form part of the broader administration team and play a central role in ensuring dealership operations run efficiently and compliantly across vehicle and financial processes. What you will be doing: - Manage new and used vehicle inventory records and reconciliations - Complete licensing and Department of Transport compliance requirements - Cost vehicle deals and calculate gross profit and commissions - Compile deal packs, complete compliance checks, and archive documentation - Process cheque and EFT payments - Support accounts payable and receivable through data entry and reconciliations - Complete bank and merchant reconciliations - Assist Accountants and the Financial Controller with reporting and ad hoc tasks - Liaise with management teams across the dealership What’s in it for you: - Represent a high-performing, well-respected dealership - Team memb...
