Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a: Food Operations Manager 3 for Springfield City Schools in Springfield, MA. This exciting hands‑on leadership role oversees multi‑site food service operations across the district with direct responsibility for 12 managers. The Food Operations Manager 3 serves as a strong people leader and internal auditor, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency across production, safety, and operational standards. Success in this role requires a confident, detail‑driven leader who holds managers accountable, reviews operational metrics, and builds effective client relationships.
