Hanover, Germany | Hybrid As a Senior Qualification Engineer , you will ensure that our consumer products (headphones, soundbars, etc.) meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance before they enter mass production. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks early, define test strategies, and validate product and process readiness. Your responsibilities: - Define and execute qualification strategies across the full product development lifecycle - Develop and implement quality and validation plans for new products and variants - Identify risks and failure modes, and drive mitigation through design and process improvements - Lead and participate in FMEA and root cause analysis - Coordinate product and process qualification, including supplier and manufacturing validation - Work with external labs and internal teams to design and perform test concepts (incl. accelerated testing) - Analyze test results, prototype performance, and field feedback to ensure product reliability Your profile: - 5+ years of experience in product qualification / design quality (ideally consumer electronics or acoustics) - Strong understanding of product validation...
