Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our Attorney Recruiting team in Atlanta, Georgia, with flexibility to be based in other offices across the state. Responsibilities: - Must have experience with recruiting attorneys - Ability to source attorneys is a requirement - JD preferred position - Manage full cycle of recruiting including intake, interviews, candidate communication and offer presentations - Partner closely with hiring partners and leadership to clarify needs and growth objectives - Serve as an excellent representative of the firm Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. - A minimum of 2-5 years of Talent management experience preferred. - Proficiency with or th...
