Job Summary Aptive seeks a skilled HR Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by assisting with workforce-related activities. This role will focus on supporting workforce planning, data collection, and analysis to inform organizational restructuring efforts. The specialist will assist in gathering and validating workforce data, documenting current staffing models, and supporting readiness assessments to evaluate workforce alignment with the new organizational structure across VHACO and VISNs. Primary Responsibilities: In support of implementation, the HR Specialist will contribute to workforce transition activities, including supporting personnel realignment efforts, tracking workforce changes, and maintaining staffing models and workforce trackers. Responsibilities include assisting in analyzing workforce impacts of organizational changes, supporting coordination with functional leads, and helping identify workforce-related risks, gaps, and dependencies.
