Description Purpose Statement: The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development support to Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Practicum Associates. This role focuses exclusively on supervision and clinical oversight and does not include direct administrative management responsibilities unless otherwise agreed upon. The supervisor ensures clinical services are delivered ethically, professionally, and in accordance with applicable state regulations, licensing board standards, and organizational policies.
