Introduction The S&SC Academy focuses on enabling business teams through high-quality learning solutions that improve skills and performance. This internship contributes to strengthening and standardizing the Academy’s service offering while improving how learning is designed and delivered. You will help translate learning needs into structured, scalable solutions that support business impact. You will work in a collaborative environment where your ideas directly shape learning experiences for diverse users. This role offers hands-on experience in learning science within a high-tech context. Your assignment: In this internship, you will support the development of consistent, high-quality learning services and help create engaging learning experiences for business users. You will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to improve ways of working and build sustainable solutions.
