Hospice RN | On Call / PRN - Weekends only 8am-4:30pm Saturday or Sunday| Twin Cities territory. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care including triaging patient needs over the phone, making visits to patients with changing conditions, and performing admissions as necessary.
