Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in vendor management or contingent workforce operations. - Experience designing and implementing global contingent workforce programs and strategies. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with hyperscaler extended/contingent workforce programs. - Ability to manage multiple complex assignments in a deadline committed, fast-paced, and changing environments. - Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.
