Job description

Support the Sr. Manager of Capital Management & Finance Talent Development. Assist in the coordination of the review process for capital projects that support the company's annual capital expenditure plans. Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of the Kroger Financial Development Program. Provide financial support to company leaders regarding capital intensive initiatives. Develop, summarize, and communicate financial insights to senior management. Coach, mentor, and develop talent within Kroger Finance through the establishment of a cross functional finance support function.
