Corporate Audit Services (CAS) is ING’s global internal audit function, with 400+ experts across 20 countries. Our goal is simple: help ING run better every day. As Senior Audit Manager, you lead global audits that challenge risk management, strengthen governance, and improve controls in the Wholesale Banking Lending & Sectors domain. You work with senior stakeholders across locations and gain a global view of how Wholesale Banking operates. Your role & work environment: You join the WB Lending & Sectors team and audit ING’s global Wholesale Banking Lending & Sectors domain across a broad range of topics, from Capital & Balance Sheet Management to Lending & Sectors operational processes. Located in Amsterdam, we support colleagues globally. You will lead and execute assurance activities such as audits, monitoring, and issue assessments across ING locations, comparing practices and providing clear insights. You'll facilitate stakeholder discussions on risks and their impact, assess risk management effectiveness, and prepare high-quality materials for regulatory interactions.
