POSITION SUMMARY: This position is accountable for directing activities of workers concerned with building and setting forms made of wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials in accordance with customer specifications (plans) on Concrete Structural Construction. The incumbent must have the ability and flexibility to work varying shifts and long hours (8-12 hours). Weekend work and extra hours occur according to production needs and at the discretion of the Supervisor. The incumbent must support the guiding beliefs and core values of Orion which are centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Teamwork, most importantly with each built upon the all-important foundation of Integrity. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on the basis of starting and completion times for specific phases of construction. - Assembles members of a crew at the start of the project. - Collaborates with the supervisor on orders for procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. - Confers with and assists the superintendent in the supervision of personnel engaged in executing work procedures. - Interprets plans...
