The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering assigned technical training sessions and supporting the Training Manager in the execution, preparation, and continuous improvement of Harmar’s training programs. The position plays a hands-on role in leading portions of classes, facilitating hands-on exercises, and representing Harmar in front of learners, while also performing essential administrative, logistical, and content-support tasks.
