Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ Senior Director – Strategic Capture Management ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Director – Strategic Capture Management to lead $100M + single award capture efforts DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP), LOGCAP Program Office and other key CAP customer sets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading successful capture efforts and delivering results in a fast-paced large corporate environment. This role leads the development and execution of winning strategies for mid to large size U.S. Government contract opportunities. This role involves managing all aspects of the capture process including working closely with business development, proposal operations, operations and technical subject matter experts, estimating, price to win, and pricing teams to create cohesive and competitive capture strategies.
