ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: - Carry out field and increased share of digital sales according to common Circle K principles. The Regional Sales Manager role will manage larger portfolios which requires ability to plan proactively with a good structure. To support this the role will utilize CK’s sales tools in order to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness ; Salesforce CRM, POINT, Power BI, Prezentor - Develop and manage own customer portfolio and secure delivery on monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets - Identify and execute on opportunities for improving a profitable portfolio. - Continuous competitor surveillance and ability to use this as insight to prioritize sales activities - Strong collaboration with BU Fuel Director, Market Managers, the dedicated Inside Sales team to the BU, and the rest of the B2B sales organization JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Preferably bachelor or master degree from University or Business School, or other relevant educational back-ground - Relevant practical experience can compensate for lack of formal education - Excellent English skills (oral a...
