Your area of work Reporting to the Head of Section of Digital CSD Services, you will lead an operational team managing the European Issuance Services provided to the the German Market Clearstream customers. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing, monitoring and improving the operations function, managing and developing the team, and ensuring the company satisfies its legal and regulatory requirements. You should focus on delivering consistent quality to market participants, focus on reducing risk. Managing the transformation to fully digital operations is a main objective in this role as well. Your responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Operational management and development of the European Issuance Services Team - Change management while transitioning towards Digital CSD ambitions of Clearstream - Work closely with other the outsourcer teams in Clearstream Europe AG (European Issuance and Vaults Office) to ensure consistency and service delivery - Delivering a high quality end-to-end service to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage all Services; Securities admission to collective safe custody in Clearstream and related securities related events. - Supervise...
