SUMMARY: The Bar/Lounge Team Lead acts as a bartender and supervises the setup and service of a banquet/event bar. RESPONSIBILITIES: ID all customers that appear under 30 years old. Supervise assigned bartenders and bar backs. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and procedures. Monitor customers and discontinue service when they appear to be intoxicated. Secure alcohol during non-operational hours in accordance with state law.
