Product Support Engineer – Support customers and improve mission-critical defence products Does this resonate with you: Thrives in the interaction with external customers? Has a strong ability to navigate the dialogue between colleagues, developing products and customers using products? Enjoys working with 2nd and 3rd level support, but also developing functionality that improves and enables the usage? Well, look no more, this role is for you! The job - Supporting products that matter: As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers using our Defence products and services. You will also be the go-to person for product licensing, incident handling, and process improvements.
