Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a Principal Test Manager to support our Colorado Springs, CO location. Qualifications: Required Skills/Experience: - Lead Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) for U.S. Government cyber systems. - Work with customers and developers to establish test strategies. - Develop test plans that define test objectives, scope, approach, success criteria and exit conditions. - Analyze system, subsystem, and component capabilities to determine test requirements ensuring traceability throughout testing. - Establish test data capture methods for analysis. - Prepare test reports that accurately summarize findings and recommendations. - Familiarity with working in both Windows and Linux environments. - Travel: 10 % - Must be a U.S. Citizen - An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
