This is a full-time, state-classified position that plays a vital role in supporting the University’s 24/7 operations. In this position, you will perform routine and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utility systems, as well as interior finishes and appliances. You will coordinate work with journey-level technicians and contractors, log all work activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance System), and monitor building operations through the BAS (Building Automation System).This role also requires responding to service calls, addressing maintenance issues as they arise, and ensuring a safe and functional campus environment.
