Job DetailsJob Location: OAKWOOD OFFICE - OAKWOOD, OH 44146Directly supervise all aspects of the Community Care Ambulance Field Operations and ensure Field Staff performance and staffing is consistent with internal and external guidelines and protocols. Support interdepartmental collaboration and teamwork with departments and staff to achieve internal and external customer superior satisfaction. Daily Operations: Plan (includes staff training and implementing policy and measurement tools) , monitor and ensure 100% daily preparedness compliance Organize staff and resources to allow for the greatest operational efficiency through the shift Monitor the shift workload and work with the Operations and Communications teams to redirect resources and priorities as necessary Provide patient care as needed to meet customer demands Develop and maintain strong collaboration with Communications Supervisors to create a cohesive, innovative team Workforce Development: Review performance of crews, providing positive and constructive feedback and corrective action when needed Educate and mentor employees in order to increase quality, efficiency and the effectiveness of the workforce Administrative:...
