Job Summary: The RMA Line Technician - Temporary is responsible for analyzing and remanufacturing battery packs returned through the Return Material Acquistion (RMA) process. This includes inspection of failed components, performing part replacements, and thoroughly documenting all work in compliance with established procedures. This role combines hands-on manufacturing, autopsy, and repair skills with accurate computer-based record-keeping, ensuring traceability and adhere to quality standards. Responsibilities: - Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of High-voltage (HV) battery packs and modules in accordance with approved work instructions and safety protocols. - Diagnose errors or technical issues and determine appropriate solutions. - Perform root cause analysis on failed components using appropriate equipment, perform part replacements, and verify compliance through inspections and testing. - Review and produce scrap reports, ensure accuracy, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. - Create RMA analysis reports and document findings, repairs, and parts usage into company service and inventory platforms such as Salesforce, Plex, or Enterprise...
