The role At NEXT, we never stand still. We are currently undertaking a significant finance transformation, moving our operations to Oracle Fusion. This isn’t just a system change; it is a fundamental shift in how we work, ensuring we remain a modern, control-conscious finance function that is ready for the future. We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Change Lead to join our programme leadership team at Head Office. You will be the critical bridge between the programme and the business, ensuring our global finance team is structured and ready to operate effectively from day one. As the Finance Transformation Change Lead , you will own the end-to-end adoption life-cycle. Reporting to the Head of Programme, you will lead the change management, communications, and training functions to maximise the benefits of this transformation. Your mission is to mitigate operational risk at go-live by ensuring our teams are not only ready for the new system but are aligned with our new Operating Model and global policies.
