Role Overview The Fund Expense Oversight Officer is responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight, monitoring, and control of fund‑level expenses across SSIM investment products. The role ensures that fund expenses are accrued, paid, and reported accurately and in compliance with prospectuses, contractual fee schedules, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. The Officer operates within the Fund Expense Oversight Center of Excellence (COE) and works closely with fund accounting, operations, vendors, compliance, and senior oversight teams across EMEA and North America. The funds under oversight include UCITS, SICAVs, mutual funds, ETFs, commingled funds, and other structures across multiple domiciles and regulatory regimes. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate fund expense accruals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing - Review and approve invoices and payments in line with contractual fee schedules and agreements - Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date fund expense records - Review and support the production of Total Expense Ratio (TER) and other expense‑related reporting - Validate expense calculations against prospectus limits, fund r...
