Job description

Responsibilities include: - Develop manufacturing process of wafers utilizing existing equipment and technologies, or suggesting new cost-efficient approach. - Design tools and fixtures to improve or streamline manufacturing process. - Define best technical solutions to mitigate the human factor influences of the process. Troubleshoot and root cause failure analysis: - For prototype units through the development of the production process of equipment on the production floor. - Create and maintain project documentation and communicating information at project status meetings. - Create MSP’s and WI to describe the developed process, and train technicians - Have a good understanding optical manufacturing processes, included metrology and inspection steps needed to make sure that the developed process is correct. - Set the example of good work practices, be hands on in the development of the process, and bringing projects up tospeed Technical Skills: - Knowledge of fabrication and polishing of the optical components. - Knowledge of crystal fabrication a +. wafer polishing a+, x-ray crystallography a++ - SolidWorks design and simulations skills - Hands on experience in optical shop - CN...
