Overview Under the general direction of the Executive Director or designee, the Program Manager (PM) is responsible for supporting assigned enterprise-wide programs and/or portfolio of projects. The PM will assist the Director in leading and documenting program activities, supporting stakeholder alignment, and may lead program/project sub-components. The PM is also responsible for planning and coordinating project related activities across the portfolio assigned that will vary in scope including the management of resources in a matrix environment. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with contracted partners and clients to maintain governance structures and improve outcomes across the portfolio. The Program Manager will develop and implement projects while adhering to ForHealth Consulting/UMass Chan Medical School's Project Management guidelines.
