Position Summary: Direct and perform activities ensuring accurate and timely posting of customer payments. Provide high quality, positive internal and external customer interaction related to payment problems, payment processing procedures and cash handling policies. Coordinate and process payment exceptions associated with various payment alternatives including direct debits, electronic funds transfer, credit cards, on-line electronic payments, and pay stations. Establish workflow procedures and support accurate processing of all types of optional payment program applications.
