Are you a master of data integrity who loves turning raw pipeline metrics into actionable strategies? Do you thrive on streamlining processes, optimizing CRMs, and enabling commercial teams to hit their targets seamlessly? As our Sales Ops Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Sales, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams have the ultimate toolkit and data insights to succeed. This role reports directly to the Head of Pre Sales and requires no travel, allowing you to focus on continuous improvement, cross-departmental collaboration, and driving high-quality operational results. Responsibilities: Pipeline & Forecasting: Track the sales pipeline, and prepare and update sales forecast overviews. Analytics & Reporting: Create and implement analytics reports and dashboards for the Sales team that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Account & Order Support: Provide account management support for the Sales, Services & Project Management, Marketing, and Finance teams, while assisting the Sales team with order administration, planning, and other operational tasks.
