Job Title Group Leader Innovation Consulting Job Description: As Group Leader Innovation Consulting at Philips, you spearhead a team of 20 internal consultants delivering on-demand consulting to Business Units and Enterprise Functions. You are accountable for building a high-performing team, shaping demand, and delivering measurable innovation impact in an AI-enabled context. This role requires comfort with frequent context switching between enterprise-level strategy and hands-on program execution. It therefore requires a thought leader who also has a hands-on leadership style. You spend approximately 40 percent of your time leading complex programs yourself. The remainder of your time is focused on visioning, people leadership, stakeholder management, and running a reliable consulting operation. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Transformation: Set and maintain a focused portfolio of Innovation Consulting capability offerings aligned with BU priorities and AI-enabled innovation.
