In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring every roofing project is installed safely, professionally, and according to Honest Abe Roofing's quality standards. You will spend the majority of your time on job sites working directly with subcontractor crews - verifying installations, solving problems, and ensuring the homeowner experience matches the expectations set during the sales process. You will participate in repairs, verify measurements and materials, and ensure every job meets company standards before it is considered complete. You will be the customer's primary contact on the day of the install or repair, setting expectations and managing communication, and walking the homeowner through the 16-point inspection once the job is complete.
