The HR Generalist is responsible for the on-site execution of Human Resources strategy in our Brooklyn location. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role serves as a key partner to site leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. This position oversees core HR operations including payroll and time & attendance, employee engagement and talent acquisition. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience. Role requires fluency in Spanish to support day‑to‑day operations and employee communication.
