Job description

Basic Purpose Develops and fosters customer relationships and innovative solutions to connect large customer projects to utility system that exceed customer expectations while adapting to changing regulatory environments, managing risk, and maximizing distribution and transmission system utilization. Integrates utility business planning, strategic opportunities, and business relationships to grow distribution business via regional business plans. Works with minimal supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serves as the primary contact for large new retail customer requests for connection to the distribution and transmission system. - Coordinates the project development team, including stakeholders and functional group members as the project requires. - Works with customers and stakeholders to develop and evaluate project alternatives. - Coordinates development of project plans, including project scope, cost estimates, schedule and cash flow including consideration for safety, environment, land use, regulation, human resources, communication, procurement, reliability, quality and risk. - Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and rules as set by the Public Utili...
