Overview Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the center of high-impact healthcare technology transformations, leading complex, multi-workstream delivery projects that directly shape how health plans serve their members. You will be a trusted partner for clients and internal teams, ensuring every implementation is aligned to strategic goals, managed with discipline, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise software implementations for health plan clients across HealthEdge's full product portfolio, including HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare and Source. You will own outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and kickoff through go-live and post-launch optimization, guiding cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to success. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder savvy with a passion for improving healthcare through modern, data-driven technology.
