Location: Kortrijk, Belgium We are seeking an experienced and inspirational HR Global Head of COE Reward, Director to lead and shape our global reward strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing global benefits, compensation, and providing legal support to our business. You will work closely with the Global HR team and the Business management teams of Barco, ensuring that our reward strategies align with our organizational goals and values. You will be able to rely on a professional and competent team of Reward colleagues all over the world. You act with authority and respect for the internal regulations and external legislation and manage your stakeholders accordingly. You support the Remuneration Committee and ensure robust governance of executive remuneration.
