Gaudenzia's Mission: Gaudenzia's Mission is to promote long-term recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and support to people with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions, regardless of individual circumstances. This individual is responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day functions and staffing of the medical staff in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, and Program Leadership. They will participate in facility activities as designated by the Nurse Manager or designee. This individual will assist in ensuring compliance with meeting all local, state, and federal regulations as well as accrediting agency standards.
