Matrix Providers is hiring Registered Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Care Facilitator (Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation Program (SARP), Behavioral Health (BH), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Departments) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA - Employment Status: Full Time - Schedule: Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0630 and 1800 hours. Shifts will be on a rotated basis within the time range specified as clinical demand dictates. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an eight and half (8.5) or nine (9) hour periods, to include an uncompensated thirty (30) minute.
