About this role Join Carrier as a production associate and help build top-quality heating equipment. You’ll work with your hands, assembling parts, operating machines, and ensuring our products meet high standards—all in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What you’ll gain: Competitive Pay : Starting at $21.35/hr. for 1st shift and $21.65/hr. for second shift with a $2.00 pay increase your first year.
