JOB SUMMARY: The On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering direct, in-person care and monitoring to clients enrolled in Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Nurse Manager, the LVN provides care aligned with individualized treatment objectives. The LVN consistently upholds professional boundaries, adheres to nursing standards, and demonstrates cultural sensitivity. By treating all clients with respect, compassion, and empathy, and by collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team, LVN supports the delivery of high quality care and promotes positive treatment outcomes.
