Lab Analyst I YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Lab Analyst I is a key team member in the high-throughput Seed Quality Testing Laboratory, conducting essential testing to support the Product Supply Organization. This role fosters collaboration with colleagues and customers to ensure accurate and timely seed quality analysis. The primary responsibilities of this role, Lab Analyst I, are to: - Conduct timely and accurate preparation, evaluation, and recording of seed analyses to ensure high-quality results’ - Collaborate with Unit Lead(s) and End-to-End Mission team to complete testing processes, shaping process control and accurate data management; - Take ownership of learning and applying scientific methods and non-routine techniques for analysis, following protocols and work instructions to deliver quality results, including preparation of reagents, media, controls, and samples; - Operate independently within a team environment to ensure compliance with Bayer’s ESH policies, Laboratory Quality Management System (QMS), and regulatory requirements; - Champion feedback and provide oversight to contingent labor, fostering a culture of shared ownership and collaboration; - Manage in...
