Description We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new MeatEater retail store opening in Edina, Minnesota, in Summer 2026. This individual will play a critical role in launching and growing a premium retail experience that reflects the spirit of MeatEater and our family of brands including First Lite, FHF Gear, Phelps Game Calls, and Dave Smith Decoys. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for the outdoors, a proven track record in retail management, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The right candidate will also have personal experience in hunting, fishing, conservation and a general interest in the outdoors.
