Overview: Job Description Summary: Performs research experiments in accordance with provisions of the approved protocol, maintains records, prepares reports and publications, and assists in analyzing data. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Performs semi-independent research experiments reliably and reproducibly in accordance with protocols approved by the principal investigator. - Collects and curates experimental data, maintains accurate daily logs of experiments including methods and results, and draws preliminary conclusions. - Assists the principal investigators in the preparation of scientific publications, grant proposals, and presentations. - Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies and ensures that research equipment is in good working order. - Follows all appropriate lab safety protocols and other regulatory requirements. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, required. Experience: Research experience, preferred.
