YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Design and execute test cases for new features and bug fixes to ensure high release quality. - Manage the support ticket queue, ensuring that all inquiries are tracked and addressed within SLAs. - Perform regression testing and document results for audit compliance. - Act as the first point of contact for technical support, performing initial analysis and triage.
